About Me

I am a woman; a mother of two conscious parenting; a wife; a daughter; a sister; a friend; a healer; a student of life; a thought leader; and a seeker of universal truths. 

I believe that my experiences, past and present, have shaped me and it makes me excited for the future.

I see limitless potential in myself and for those around me which allows me to grow and become the best version of myself and recognises that same growth and potential in others.

My ability to "see"  allows me to be very good at what I do. I wear many hats, I can draw on life and skills I've acquired over 20 years in my career. Helping people find wellness in their bodies and spirit. -Through the use of body work, yoga and movement.

My family and I live in Southern Alberta; we co-own a wellness clinic - Feath & Elemi. When I'm not in the office I run my girls to their activities, and as a family, we travel the world as much as possible as our schedules allow.
