eat, sleep, poop & repeat.

I am so excited to share this book that the thought alone gives me goose bumps. I am passionate about my work and understand that my information is not found in one location, book, or source. We have checked! When I first shared my 'WHY' story with my writing team, which included 6 people on the call from several countries, they became very quiet on the video call. They were intrigued by the concepts and applications of these tools and services that I use that have the ability to change our culture around understanding trauma and healing trauma. I was then asked, "When is this book coming out?" and "Where can we find someone like you in my area?".

Stepping into the public eye on a HUGE scale, as I launch my first book of a series of books planned in the next year, has been an extreme labor of love.

Recognizing Imposter Syndrome, and speaking to my Psychologist that this scares me down to my core, also allowed me to come to terms that what I do is special and important. I had to embrace the bigger picture- parents' needs for the knowledge, skills, and lessons I could pass on.

Within "Eat, Sleep, Poop & Repeat" I introduce parents to the many wonders of parenting and answer the questions that you won't have unless you are ACTIVELY wondering or looking for a solution to soothe your baby RIGHT NOW.

I dive into teaching you about your baby's cry, how to soothe your baby, picking up and putting down your baby; as well as addressing feeding issues, tummy issues, tongue tie, sleep, how to support partners, postpartum care, when to get help, and so much more.

I provide the 4 magic tricks that I give as homework to all of my parents to help their babies. These tricks come with a very high rate of success when used immediately, and can be used going forward into other ages and stages. Obviously, this will not be a solution for every single baby as I realize there are many factors for not succeeding with my tricks. Most importantly, you have to consciously believe that your touch is the most important thing you can give your baby. This CAN be difficult when you are tired, frustrated, unsupported, or do not feel that you have the ability. Can I offer you one thing? Can you trust that I've done these four things to THOUSANDS of babies, their parents followed these same steps, and I have total faith that you can too? You totally got this.
